Our Corn Dental Floss is made from polylactic acid (PLA) — a plant-based fiber derived from corn starch. Unlike traditional plastic floss made from nylon or PTFE, PLA is biobased and biodegradable under industrial composting conditions, making it a far more eco-friendly choice.

We choose materials like PLA only when there is no fully natural alternative that performs as well — and we always make sure these small components are renewable, safe, and non-toxic.
